Meet the new Zenvio: a redesigned workspace

The new Zenvio interface is here. We've redesigned the colors, refreshed the typography and brought a more consistent look to navigation, buttons and document views, giving your everyday invoicing and accounting work a clearer, more cohesive workspace. A redesigned sidebar makes it easier to see where you are, while stronger visual contrast helps primary actions stand out. Updated document layouts put customers, totals and payment information in focus, and more consistent spacing makes busy screens easier to scan. Imported documents also gain a country-based currency fallback when no currency is shown.

Changed

  • Meet the new Zenvio: a redesigned workspace: The new Zenvio interface is here.
  • Sidebar labels and icons use darker neutral colors, with clearer active states and visible keyboard focus. Secondary buttons have a light gray background, while tertiary actions remain transparent.
  • The interface uses a more compact text scale while respecting browser font preferences.

Fixed

  • Smarter currency handling for imported documents: Let Zenvio fill in a missing currency. When a document leaves it out, Zenvio uses the issuer country's default currency, with coverage for 193 country codes. Any currency explicitly shown on the document is kept.
  • Dates use normal numeral styling while accounting figures retain equal-width digits.
